Atlas Copco Acquires Maziak a UK Distributor of Air Compressors

Maziak Compressor Services Ltd, a UK-based distributor of air compressors, nitrogen generators, and process cooling equipment, along with its associated services and support, has been acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish industrial group.

Maziak Compressor Services Ltd, founded in 1958 and employing 40 people, had revenues of approximately 7 MGBP (87 MSEK) in 2022. The products and services offered cater to companies across several manufacturing industries, such as general manufacturing, electronics, food and beverage, aerospace, and metal fabrication.

The acquired business will be integrated into the Service division of Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique Business Area, with no disclosure of the purchase price.
